In the year 2050 life across the planet has changed. The biodiversity of the planet is shrinking as the sixth mass extinction draws closer. Now on the Great Barrier Reef, the world's biggest stars and politicians have gathered for one massive fundraising concert WIPEOUT! to bring about a major shift in awareness across the globe – together we can WIPEOUT extinction – before we wipe ourselves off the face of the earth. Join your hosts “scientainer” Chaz Lovejoy and “actorivist” Julia Jux as they present the hottest acts on the 2050 planet, each with their own message of biodiversity.

To celebrate National Science Week 2010 and the International Year of Biodiversity this brand new, original musical is written and performed by the best creative professionals in the industry – coming direct into your school!

Promoting the 2010 school’s theme: AUSTRALIA’S BIODIVERSITY, WIPEOUT! takes students on an hilarious, interactive journey full of scientific facts, exploring the diverse range of Australian ecosystems under threat, plus the crucial link between sustainable living as a community and at home to species survival and the management of resources.
